Because Himalayan Shilajit Resin is a consumable wellness product, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
After reviewing your request, TIA Origins may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price, depending on the nature of the issue and supporting evidence. Each request is assessed individually to ensure a fair outcome.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
