Due to the nature of our products, TIA Origins does not accept returns of Himalayan Shilajit Resin.
Our products are natural, consumable wellness products. For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returned products once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
TIA Origins does not offer refunds.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery.
- Orders refused by the customer after shipment.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Natural Product Notice
Himalayan Shilajit Resin is a natural product. Variations in colour, texture, consistency, aroma, and appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations are normal and do not indicate a defect or affect the authenticity or quality of the product.
Returns
Because Himalayan Shilajit Resin is a consumable wellness product, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
